Mix together and place in ovenproof baking dish:
1 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
2c. fruit, frozen or fresh (not for citrus fruits)
½ tsp. cinnamon (cinnamon lovers: add more to taste)
Mix topping together and drop by ½ tsp. chunks on top of the cobbler:
1 c. Bisquick
1 large egg
2 tbsp. oil (olive oil is okay)
dash of salt
Bake at 4oo degrees F. for 20 to 25 minutes.
Recipe may be multiplied up to 3 times.
